Bonnie Ross led 343 Industries in 2007 under Microsoft following Bungie’s split from the corporation. As a result, Ross and 343 Industries accepted the challenging task of carrying the iconic Halo franchise beyond Halo: Reach—Bungie’s last installment. Bonnie Ross and 343 Industries ultimately launched ten Halo titles after taking the reins.
