Shiny Pokémon are extraordinarily rare, with rate of about once every 450 encounters. Shiny Pokémon also do not appear on the map as Shiny, so you’ll have to engage each and every Jigglypuff you find. If you’re hunting during Spotlight Hours, you will not get a boosted rate.
