Niantic Labs’ competitive side of Pokemon GO, the GO Battle League, has a new tournament for its trainers to join. Now, in the middle of Season 6, the team has come forward with a lovely surprise: The Love Cup! Announced on Jan. 25 as a caveat on the main Season 6 blog post, the Love Cup is another special tournament where trainers will have to operate within a set of restrictions in order to enter. Fortunately—despite its name—the Love Cup isn’t just a tournament using only Luvdisc.
