Bidoof is currently featured in the Sinnoh celebration for the Kanto Countdown event. From Jan. 12-19, Bidoof and other fourth generation Pokémon, will be appearing more frequently in the wild. Unfortunately, Buizel is the featured Shiny, so you won’t be able to get a Shiny Bidoof just yet.
