Vitaath, The Shivering Death, is part of the Helliquary. That means you can only fight Vitaath once you’ve reached the endgame of Diablo Immortal. Specifically, you have to have a level 41 character and have completed the main questline. The Helliquary is home to some of the most difficult combat encounters in the entire game, and Vitaath is no exception.
